Do not take your mobile/electronic here! Terrible communication, over priced, terrible worksmanship. Paid almost the price of a new phone to fix mine and it came back with issues that it didn't had before and they claim no responsibility on it. Ombudsman have my case and they wont be around for long so save your time, money and stress.

Firstly, it's worth noting that if you exclude any reviews made by people who live and work overseas, their star rating drops from 3.2/5 to 1.6/5, where the lowest you can achieve is 1 not 0, so out of 5 is somewhat misleading. Only one, single, local user awarded the business anything greater than 1 star.
It's also worth noting that they DO NOT supply genuine apple screens and are currently being investigated by the department of fair trading for advertising as such.

Don’t use this company !
Took my phone in for a new screen...was told I needed an “extra” part put in my phone ...refused to pay for the “extra” part.
My battery would last the entire day prior to visiting this shop..the following day it ran down to 10% within 2 hours...something happened with the quality of my battery whilst having my screen replaced .
Avoid this shop at all costs...take your phone to Apple.

Purchased my phone online so have to post it to the retailer for repair. I needed it urgently so took it to Oz Mobile at Rockdale. They ran some diagnostics and advised there was a problem with the motherboard - a very costly repair. They advised me to send it to the retailer and have it repaired under warranty. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity and recommend them highly.
