Tim and Natalila are very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in a great apartment with the balcony overlooking the stage at Broadbeach Country Music Festival and made plenty of use of the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location! Pool smaller than expected from pics, but nice area. Apmt good size. Beds could be comfier but generally good and exactly as expected. Only needed reception a couple of times and they've been super helpful. Thanks!

Excellent room, simply amazing location, nice restaurant, gorgeous pool. The building is older, but impeccably maintained. We love all the cool art on the walls, and the best part is the staff. Tim and Patricia looked after us so well, we feel right at home! Love, love, love this place!

The room was spacious and clean with a water glimpse from floor 2. A very handy location. Nice staff. The bbq hadn't been cleaned so perhaps staff could do this daily basis ? A nice coffee shop downstairs.

Well I didn't want to leave .I had everything I needed I only expected to stay one night and ended up staying three. I didn't even make it to the beach
I loved the pool hot tub. I ate a healthy breakfast there every morning. Met beautiful kind intrestesting people.
I've had a really tough year my stay at hi Jo Broadbeach was just what I needed.
Thankyou Tim and Natalia for your kindness. I'll definately be back and highly recommend it to others who deserve to be kind to themselves and need a break.

Fantastic location! So easy to walk everywhere, great view and I loved the beautiful birdies that visit the balcony. Natalia and the staff were so lovely and friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

It's a GREAT location, and the are a good size. But the bathroom layout is very bad, the tiles throughout the unit are so dirty looking, the kitchenette is so outdated. The hole Complex needs a big upgrade. The Cafe at the entrance is clean and looked after.

We have stayed a couple of times recently for a short refresher break. Great location close to the beach and a wonderful coffee shop on the ground floor. The apartment was bright and airy and comfortable. The folks who run this place are lovely and make us inclined to return again to relax and enjoy the beach and restaurants.
