We can also specifically assist you with lower back pain, knee pain issues, maintaining correct posture and physical recovery from injury or illness. We especially understand the needs of the mature aged as they exercise - with less flexibility, mobility and sometimes with chronic pain. This class is particularly suitable for those with knee or hip pain that make floor exercises more difficult.
Please keep the expiry dates of your packs in mind and ensure you use all the classes within the allotted time. Multiple class membership buys two mat classes and one reformer class per week or two reformer classes. Members can book additional classes 6 hours before classes commence, or the night before for morning classes, if places are available.

If you are wanting a studio that offers a safe and welcoming environment, where you are made to feel like family and not surrounded by young and seemingly already toned bodies (envious!) then look no further! Elizabeth and her team of trained professionals are wonderful. The studio is'nt a commercialised environment and is tucked away in amongst a leafy environment that is calming and pleasant to go to. Clientele are generally your everyday middle aged women who are looking to keep themselves healthy, offering a number of services aside mat and reformer Pilates. Highly recommend!
