My love of helping people with their health came from my own experiences, plenty of injuries and my own health issues made me want to learn a different approach to healing and moving. The success and changes I saw in my self lead to many years of study and desire to share that with other people.

Services
Our small classes mean we can create and adapt your class to your needs and what you need that day. You tell us what you want to achieve and we do our best to make that happen - increase flexibility, strong abs, get rid of a back injury whatever your goal we are here to help. It can either be a sweat dripping intense workout or slow, gentle and more about stretching or anything in-between it is totally up to you.
We have a few different options for our classes you can either do casual classes, buy a block of classes or have a monthly direct debit. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, if less than the full price of the class is charged or your class is deducted from your pre purchased classes. If you have never done Pilates before or you have lots of injuries we recommend doing an initial assessment you can either contact us or book that online.

I’ve had the pleasure of doing pilates at Panacea for almost 2 years now with Catherine. She has helped me recover from an ongoing knee injury and also regain strength after pregnancy. I love that the classes are all personalised and unique to my needs and I always come out of a session with my body feeling nourished. Catherine who runs the classes is kind, warm, bubbly and super knowledgeable about the body with her many health qualifications. Thank you for such an amazing service Catherine!

I've been visiting this studio regularly for a few years now and never want to leave. The workouts are tailored to each person and with only two other people in the class, there's plenty of personal instruction. Regular Pilates has led to improvements in my overall strength and flexibility. It's also just a really fun and welcoming place to spend some time!
