Ryoho's targeted therapeutic exercises give us the ability to focus on students' specific needs and helps them restore the harmonious functioning of the meridians and organs. This increases vitality and creates stability, calm and a sense of well-being. Our yoga classes are tailored to students at all levels of ability and everyone can experience the benefits of Ryoho yoga.

The aim of seasonal yoga classes is to get in touch with how the changes in nature affect our energy levels, organ function and moods. For example, we naturally feel introspective and still in winter and a lot more energetic and outgoing in summer. By aligning the individual with nature and its laws, we can balance our bodies and minds to live in harmony with the world around us.
Services
At Yoga About You we introduce you to the principles of Ryoho Yoga, which integrates traditional Indian hatha yoga with the Japanese meridian based healing arts, Five Element theory and the concept of balancing of yin and yang. The focus of Ryoho Yoga is rebuilding the natural functions of the body.
Students benefit from the precision of our private classes which really are about you. Targeted programmes will build the functions that life has let you wear down or forget about and release those that are dominating your connection to your body. Principle attention is paid to balancing left and right, up and down, front and back, which are the first and indispensable first steps to higher yogic experiences.

I absolutely love this class. It’s a hour of pure bliss. Alena is a great instructor, she gives us all close attention and guides us through the class seamlessly. I particularly like all the explanations about why we’re doing each pose & how it’s helping our body get stronger, heal and rejuvenate. You won’t be disappointed by this class.

Alena is teaching a unique style of yoga which is very helpful for various body issues. I always enjoy her classes, and my body, especially low back, feels much-much better after each class. I would highly recommend to try Alena's classes - they are so nurturing!

I just started at Yoga About You a few months ago and I love it! I've always shied away from yoga as I'm not very flexible and it's a challenge for me to get into and hold certain poses. However, Alena has a way in motivating and encouraging each person to push themselves to fully optimize the benefits of the session. This class is the perfect balance of working on strength and flexibility and nobody leaves without breaking a serious sweat!

Alena is a great Ryoho yoga teacher.
For me her lessons are life changing, no doubt!
I do classes twice a week.
And my 2 boys (10 and 12 years old) love her lessons so much.
I highly recommend her lessons for kids and adults.
