Cake Decorating Solutions utilise the services of both Fastway Couriers and Australia Post (Express Post). The choice of Fastway Couriers or Australia Post (Express Post) is at the discretion of Cake Decorating Solutions and will be based on the weight, size, delivery location of the package as well as the packing materials required.

Went in today. Little to no stock on the shelves. No-one acknowledged me or asked if i needed help. One staff member kept bumping into me as if i was in her way, never said excuse me, as she was kept going around the store picking things up. Hardly any stock of piping tips, colour mill, etc

Honestly a disappointment. They didn’t have so many of the things I needed so isn’t a store that is fully equipped with all of a bakers needs. Some of the things didn’t have price or name tags...some even had the wrong name tags...so i felt lost & confused...and wasn’t able to go & ask the prices of things as the ladies working there were too busy talking amongst themselves/ with SOME customers instead of welcoming or assisting new customers including myself. They didn’t even say hello or smile! Even though i did get a couple of things the lady at the cashier desk wasn’t so friendly

This is my emergency store only (Willoughby). I normally drive 1/2 hour further away. Stock is so low, I always ring to make sure they have what I want. The store isn't warm or welcoming Staff are uninterested or trying to spruke their own cake figurine businesses- SAM is the exception to this- she is honest and always helpful. Last visit, they… only had airbrush colours in two colours, despite selling airbrush machines and having multiple colours on their website, they only had orange and green in stock- with a out 10 of each. I got home only to use the green and find it spotty- to realise

Went in the shop today and had a difficulty finding the store. Called the shop and they gave me directions but still couldn’t find it as google maps was saying it was on the other side of the street. Tried calling the shop again and no one was picking up. When I got in the store, there was no one in there so they just chose not to pick up the call. They weren’t very helpful at all and the two girls were just chatting.
Their supplies were on the other hand good but didn’t get to check out anything more as the girls didn’t seem to want to be interrupted with their chat.

Arndell Park staff - You’s go above and beyond to help anyone with their cake supplies. Every time I’ve been in there, every question asked is always answered with professional knowledge, and my kids get treated well here aswell, makes us feel welcomed which makes it feel comfortable for me to shop here. Went here for a cupcake decorating class and loved it. Instructions were easy to follow and results were awesome. Very friendly atmosphere and lots of equipment in store. You can purchase premade naked cakes here so you can focus on decorating. They also print edible photos. Parking is available right at the front of the store on Stokes avenue.
