At Maddie's Baking, we create something a bit out of the ordinary, a fresh twist on tradition. Maddie use the highest quality ingredients to create the best custom wedding cakes imaginable. My story started innocently. I used to bake occasionally for my friends and family and now here I am started "Maddie's Baking" and baking for customers from markets, as well as both private and commercial orders.
We're surrounded by beautiful things out here- coastal cities, national parks, and the ocean. The natural world around Sydney is so incredibly beautiful, so living here is naturally inspiring. I try to be as local as possible. It's a way for me to engage with my community and support local agriculture by making art with it.

A few years ago, I was running my own agriculture company overlooking design and infrastructure in my hometown in Poland. It was an important time for my career, but after 5 years working under stress and pressure, I decided to make a change in my life and focus more on myself. My body gave me a sign which occurred as a health issue and that signalled a change was overdue.
Tastings are held at our studio in Chatswood or at a place of your convenience. Experience a slice of what your cake may be by sampling 4 cake flavor combinations. After you've sampled our delicious cakes, we will shape your dream cake by building a unique flavor combination.
Once we get a sense of what inspires the design aesthetic of your special occasion, Maddie will create a sketch personally tailored to you and your event-no one cake or dessert is the same as another.Maddie's Baking offers a one-of-a-kind, memorable experience. Tastings require a $50 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your final payment.

I've ordered birthday cakes for my kids from Maddies Baking several times and I have never been disappointed. Presentation is stunning and the cakes are always beyond what I have asked for and pictured they will be. Always great customer service and delivery as promised. I can't rate Magdas business highly enough.
