My experience with Shield Management was only short lived - but it was a great experience nether less! As a tenant, it was great to be emailed receipts for rent (I had not received this type of service at any other real estate) and to always be assisted by email and phone in a timely manner. Venita Daw & Kerrin are fantastic. I was stuck in a painful, time critical situation with my investment property. Over the last 10 years I have engaged shield management to look after my property in Karalee. As a young home owner I really appreciated the professional service and advice Kerrin and his wonderful team provided.
