Excellent professional service in helping us with an appeal on Monash council unreasonable ruling to minimise our building area. Extremely happy with the result of appeal by taking terrain consulting as my representative with Building Appeal Board . Council rejected our building plan by requesting us to build a smaller house . and out of stress and worries I contacted terrain consulting . From the start they provide excellent service especially Lorenzo and Kevin , explanation and consulting is thorough and professional and the fee is Extremely reasonable comparatively . Any appeal , come to this company !!! I would love to give them 10 stars if I can.

OMG, these guys are the best. When Lorenzo is in your corner you know you are covered. I gave them an almost impossible Planning Permit task and they actually achieved it with a mountain of work behind it resulting in a Planning Permit I actually believed may not happen. The detail, the research and the professionalism is something else. I was referred to them not at all knowing the level that they operate on! They are now part of my team!
