Always go here to seek medical advise. Waiting time just takes few minutes, not hours. Dr. Mark Ariens is so nice, he listens and he cares. Staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. Other Doctors, Dr. Sara and Dr. Jeganathan are also very good. 👍 Can’t complain. They also have a pathology on site - 4Cyte which is very convenient.

Went to this clinic for the first time today to do a specific blood test. Pathologist had limited knowledge seeming she initially didn't know what the test even was. Wouldn't accept my referral sent through email which is funny because a lot of doctors and even MY SPECIALISTS accept emailed referrals. Receptionist couldn't be bothered doing an extra thing and "due to covid" cant do her job. This place is a joke. I highly do not recommend ! Lastly they have a sign that charges $2 for a facemask, if we are in such a global pandemic with the deadliest virus out you would think they would care about

I have been seeing docter Mark Ariens for at least 6 years. He is amazing and he is not only my docter but my counsellor as well. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring , understanding and is the perfect leading example for other gps. I trust him with my life and my sons. Couldn't recommend him any higher.

Dr. Mark Ariens is such a great person and GP, sensible, practical and honest! Ever since my first appointment a couple of years ago, I've been coming to this practice because of Dr. Ariens. Thank you for always being real and I really appreciate our chats during the consultancy. Couldn't recommend him more if I tried!

Zero waiting time , the best medical service I ever had so far. Had a great experience with Dr. Sara. She is very nice, kind, patient, professional and friendly. She didn't rush through our session and took time to listen to and explained patiently for all my concerns. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, eliminated my fear of seeing doctors.

Can’t speak on behalf of the other doctors here, but Dr Mark Ariens is fantastic. I had a 5:50pm appointment and the wait time was low, and I was seen with 10-15 minutes (all other bulk billing doctors I’ve been to, I have waited up to an hour!). I had fractured my toe and Dr Ariens was quick yet thorough and arranged for an X-ray to be done as well as some pain relief (which was much needed!) He is a fantastic doctor and easy to talk to, highly recommended!
