Welcome to Kerrie Road Family Medical, a modern, family friendly GP clinic. We are a mixed billing practice We bulk bill pensioners, Healthcare card holders and children under 16 years of age Monday to Friday. Otherwise, our fees are $70 for a standard consultation, $105 for a long consultation and $140 for an extended consultation, Monday to Friday.

Had a phone appointment today which the 1st dr did not call but apparently did i had no missed call or message about it so when I rang the clinic back was told that I could have a phone consultation booked with Dr Kelly Davis not even she rang thats after the receptionist confirmed it.
Called the clinic several times before closing nobody answered on both numbers listed on the site.
Especially when there is medication needed it is very disappointing.

I tried to book at telehealth appointment today at 1-15pm - only appointment available today. I am a nurse working at the Alfred Hospital and am very unwell post booster vaccine. All I wanted was a sick certificate for my time off. So thought I had booked the appointment and the clinic cancelled it. There are no other times today or tomorrow - too late! This is pretty poor for people who are sick and working on the front line!! Well done.

I gave a rating of minimum stars previously based on unpleasant encounters with two very rude doctors. The first rude doctor has left, and I've changed to preferring a different doctor, and the experience is transformed. The very abrasive older doctor is probably quite proficient in areas other than patient communication, because the clinic is very well organised, with helpful, clever reception staff and quick turnarounds with appointments and test results. I'm now in admiration and appreciation of the way things are done here, and am happy with my kind and socially skilled new GP.
