For Pfizer vaccination, your 2nd dose will be booked by our friendly receptionist when you come in for your first dose appointment. We are doing 3 weeks interval between the 1st dose and 2nd dose. Your name will be added to our 2nd dose waiting list. Our friendly staff will contact you to make your booking, but this is only subject to the availability of the Pfizer vaccines.

With our team of dedicated and professional doctors, we strive to bring to you comprehensive medical care for you and your whole family. Located in the newly renovated The Glen Shopping Centre in Glen Waverley.
Due to the expansion of our ever-growing patient base, The Glen Superclinic is now looking a medical practitioner to join our dedicated team of staff. The Glen Superclinic is an AGPAL accredited, doctor-owned-and-run clinic. We are located in the high growth area in central Glen Waverley. A supportive environment with a friendly team of receptionists, specialists, nurses, and allied health.

Dr Mark Chan is reliable and helpful, responsible and caring. He called me last Friday about my blood test result and said he would call me on Monday lunch time again. As promised, he called me on Monday and explained very clearly about my case. I am really grateful to his call and the arrangement of my referral to a specialist so that I can be treated promptly. The frontline staff is also very helpful. Thanks.

My wife went here during the Easter weekend to see a Doctor about the pain she was suffering in her lower back after falling over. They sent her for a X-ray, the Doctor then told my wife she was fine and it must just be bruised and nothing to be worried about. After 2 weeks of the pain not going away we got another opinion from another Doctor which then confirmed she had a fractured sacrum. Nothing Super about this place only Super wrong !! With the tech of today how could this mistake be made??? I saw the x-ray and I could see the fracture. It took my wife 14 weeks to recover from this injury

Went here for covid vaccine and it's just horrible. Desk staff are pretty friendly but the doctor I received vaccine from was horrible. Spent a good 10 minutes trying to talk me out of it. Grilling me with questions stating you won't be fully covered. Kept regularly mentioning I have talked to my normal GP in length about this. But she just kept going. After getting first dose told to wait 12 weeks. I spoke with my normal GP who says to go in a the 6-8 week mark so went in to re schedule. Have been seeing Dr. Jessica for almost 2 years. I could say that I am so lucky to have a GP like her. Extremely helpful, kind, patient and professional . I have no reservations to recommend her to any one ! The clinic itself runs smoothly with organised online booking system and friendly staff. High standard medical clinic with various allied health team. Highly recommended !

I found the booking system of The Glen Superclinic the best, doctors stick to the appointment time, reception staff warm and the doctors and nurses are caring. The clinic setting is very clean. Fabulous pathologist Wendy, also patient and caring Drs, we saw both Dr Love Joy and Dr Mark Chan (who also did a phone call) who both took the time to ask questions and take care of you. We found a great Superclinic, any prescriptions just take it next door to the Chemist Warehouse. Will be back, even hubby will now see Dr Mark. The late nights and weekend is also fantastic

While other clinics are close on Sunday, or doctors not on duty because they go on holidays, this clinic has at least one to keep its door open.
For a different reason, we pay the clinic another visit. The only doctor on duty uses Consultation Room 1, which is just behind the reception. That is great, because patients with mobility problem or on wheel chair do not have to walk all the way to the end of the premises.
Sigh, unfortunately, there is only one room in the front.

I am writing this review to express my gratitude to this clinic.The doctors, nurses are very nice and professional. My husband and I were served by May when we visited the clinic last week. She was very helpful and patient when we consulted her about my husband's symptoms and treatment. For I am not a native English speaker May helped to pass my intention to the doctor precisely. I really appreciated her professionalism and this is one of the best clinic I ever visited.
