Services
I became a Personal Trainer in 2012 after having my own health and weight issues. As a mum, I can relate to women and their health needs during all stages of their lives. I am extremely passionate about helping women work with their hormones and through different stages of life from pregnancy, birth, peri, and menopause, to understand how physiological stresses can impact your ability to meet your goals.
Access to all morning classes on our timetable. Kick start your health journey with the unlimited access program and get accountability, variety, and 5 days a week training to fast track your results. Classes are run LIVE online with your trainer watching you, guiding you, and making modifications as required.
I've been training with Carolyn for over a year & joined the online group sessions in May. The classes are really fun with a mix of different exercises to get a full workout which can also be customised from beginner to advanced level. Carolyn is a great motivator, she keeps me going and is very supportive.

You only deserve 4 stars since I'm in pain every time I leave! :) But honestly, Carolyn deserves more than 5 stars, this has been the only person/fitness place I've ever stuck with and even though I leave in pain (that lingers a day or two) I know it's the best kind of sore and I have never felt better or stronger! Always professional, empathetic but will push you to be better. Love your work!!

There are no mirrors in Carolyn's studio as she IS THE MIRROR. Her training is tailor-made, working around injuries/sore spots and ensuring you're getting the most out of your time.
I used to loathe exercise, but somehow Carolyn has made it enjoyable (albeit feeling sore the next few days) and I look forward to my sessions.

I have been lucky enough to take part in the Mums & Bubs program after having both my kids. These exercise classes have worked wonders for my physical and mental health, as not only have they improved my fitness, helped me to lose weight but also made me feel human again.

Personal Training has always been a scary thought for me and always had the fear of being judged. Carolyn works with you and you do really get the most out of your session.

Carolyn's virtual PT classes have been so incredible, not just for my physical health after having bubs but also my mental health. I love our two classes a week, especially because each one is different. Carolyn is so supportive in encouraging us to keep working and to ensure we are using the correct form. Carolyn's classes have also allowed me to connect with other mums with similar age bubs in our local area. I've loved this whole experience of getting back into exercise after having my first baby. It's hard to get back in shape and prioritize fitness, especially when you're a new mum; everything can be overwhelming. Carolyn has been amazing in helping us through her Virtual PT Class. She's attentive if we're struggling with a certain exercise and offers us an alternative one, whilst keeping in mind the problem areas or previous injuries we have. She's motivating, but at the same time, gentle enough to make sure we can continue with ease. She makes sure we're in the right form and are using the proper technique to get the most out of the class. And lastly, the program itself is amazing! The

In2life Fitness is an awesome place to workout. The trainers and the fitness family are very motivating and the encouraging. I used to pay membership to other gyms for very long periods of time and would only get one or two weeks worth of workouts because I would get bored and then stop going!
