Our Australia-wide workshops are accessible, practical and benefit everyone from seasoned health professionals to beginners. From Strongfirst Kettlebell Courses to Original Strength Pressing Reset Certifications; we have something for everyone. Kettlebell Instructors, personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and anyone looking to learn more are welcome.
Our fitness classes are just 30-minutes long and work around a monthly strength training program. Training at QLD Kettlebells is not a one-size-fits-all approach, the philosophy is built upon our focus to help people move better outside the gym. Once you've finished your trial month of fitness classes, you'll be ready to join our East Brisbane coffee-loving, kettlebell-swinging gym/community!

Best gym in Brisbane. Coaching is top notch with a real emphasis on safe movement and matching the workouts to your current ability. Lovely people also well, I felt welcome right away and that kept me coming back even after the long COVID break. Minus one star for no air conditioning, plus five thousand stars for Betsy.

I've been training with Piers and the QKB team for over a year and I have seen huge improvements my overall strength and wellbeing. I was a complete kettlebell novice when I started with not much coordination or confidence in my abilities but this style of training has allowed me to become stronger and in my own time. Piers has a wealth of knowledge and the community is very relaxed and welcoming. I would highly recommend QKB to anyone who wants to feel stronger and learn excellent technique.

As an over 50 year old female I know that strength is really important to stave off potential problems later in life. Piers at Qld Kettle bells offers professional training sessions where I feel comfortable and I can train at my own pace. I never thought I would be so happy in an environment like this. My posture is improving, my strength is improving but most of all am feeling more confident.

I love coming to QLD Kettlebells. I've never been a particularly athletic or strong person, but joined a bit over a year ago, to get healthier and stronger and I love how far I have come in that time. Piers has created such a great, positive atmosphere. I really enjoy going to the gym and seeing the results I'm getting.

Great gym with an excellent headcoach, Piers Kwan. Piers brings a wealth of knowledge to the table combined with a genuine interest in improving his clients that you don't get in a lot of other places.
Training at QKB is not like training at just a gym, it's training with a family where everyone supports each other and has a very positive atmosphere. An excellent gym that is highly recommended.

Piers has provided a friendly environment with a focus on quality of movement and muscle activation rather than competition and ego. All of the instructors have been engaging and positive and have a definite passion for the functional improvement of the body. I've only been going for two weeks and I am already seeing great improvements in my posture and shoulder pain.

My personal training sessions are definitely one of the highlights of my working week. It's hardcore strength training the way it's supposed to be. Even the gym is also exactly what you would want and expect for this type of hard-core, bare-bones strength training. Nothing pretentious - just pure original strength training.
