I don't usually leave reviews but this place really is not good... I've been there 5 times before because they are really cheap and close to ChaTime. But they have never done a good job. I kept going back because they are so cheap.
They don't wear masks, they don't wipe down equipment after you touch it, and they do a bad job at eyebrow threading.
They don't ask what shape you'd like and when I told the technician I would like flat brows, she ignored me and did arches. They do a rush job and don't brush your face off afterwards so you will be covered in eyebrow hairs. They also don't seem interested

Very bad customer service I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady at the reception was looking at her screen a s with a phone in her ear. So I thought she was talking by phone so I stayed there waiting for her to finish when then she stared at me and yell: 'I SAID TO CHECK IN AND TAKE A SEAT!!' Ofcourse I left very disappointed

When I came in, the beautician asked the three girls in front of me, and I , if we were fully vaccinated. We all said yes, and she let us grab a sit.
4 or 5 other women were behind us, got "accepted" in the store after answering "yes" to the same question.
My heart broke when the ONLY woman that was asked to show a proof of vaccination, among us, 8 white women, was the only one WEARING A HIJAB ! Either ask everyone, either no one at all, PLEASE !

Eyelash extentions. Had my eyelashes done here only 4 days ago and they are already falling out. Although the lady was very quick with them she did not ask if the pads under my eyes were comfortable (they were not) and when i looked the lashes were very clumpy. Don't think ill be returning here :/

Very horrible experience from westfield plenty valley on Sunday 27th July. Wounds are around my eyes. I can share the photos. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. I never felt this experience from… anyone. Its still very red and painful. I cant explain her behaviour in words. She cant do that to any person coming to salon. Didnt even give me a gel. I request the authority to contact me for this.

My wife went for waxing services here for the first time yesterday and was not fully satisfied. While it was painless, it was not done properly as she could see areas that were left unwaxed. Also, the room was not clean as well.

I did my brows here and I didn't like the customer service at all. The place was dirty for a salon that's located in a shopping center. She left my face full of hair and not bothered brushing of the brow hairs on my face and I had to get a tissue and remove them. They usually use a gel to put on the eyebrow she didn't do any of that and she changed the shape of my brow eventhough I told her that it was perfect at first but she had to match it with the other brow which she ruined.

I had incredibly amazing eyebrow threading done by their expert staff member Avnee (my apologies if I spelt this wrong) at their new Burwood Brickworks outlet. I have been threading them over the last 11 years and have had a mix bad experiences and good ones too. This one has been by far the best. Their excellent customer service is a huge positive… as well. Although the usual spot I go to costs me $5 less and is further away from home, I think the comparatively higher quality of service and the results by Maxicare are well worth the price. The staff are efficient while being very polite
