At Waxing Ninja we take pride in our studio's strict sanitation procedures and policies. We are setting new standards for professionalism and quality for waxing salons in our area. At Waxing Ninja, all implements and supplies used during waxing service are disposable - one time use only. This procedure prevents cross contamination between clients and transfer of microbial life, that can carry infectious diseases from one person to another.
Sylvia Marcinczyk is the owner and director of Waxing Ninja. She is also a certified Master Skin Therapist from USA. Over the last 12 years Sylvia has consistently upgraded her skills to the highest standards and ensured that her current knowledge of beauty industry is always up to date.

This powerful facial treatment takes full advantage of available technology to jump start acne clearing process. Superior AHA & BHA exfoliation, combined with BT Ultrasonic micro-peeling, customized extractions, High Frequency and LED Phototherapy, merged with active ingredients are utilized to eliminate existing acne and prevent further breakouts for smoother even toned skin.
This signature facial begins with a thorough cleansing to determine skin type and condition. Exfoliation, steaming, and efficient elimination of clogged pores (as needed) will follow. This high-performance treatment addresses the specific skin needs of the active individual using organic fruit and plant acids.
Since scheduling at Waxing Ninja is planned to allow the correct time for each treatment please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Our studio works by appointment only. However, we do accept last minute appointments, when time allows. Simply, please SMS us as much in advance, as you can.

Sylvia has her own small salon that is so professional, clean and calming. She has so much experience in craft and that’s very clear when she waxed me today. She was so informative about the process, the science behind it all and the steps I should take to ensure proper aftercare. Five stars just doesn’t seem quite high enough for the amazing service Sylvia provides at Waxing Ninja. I’ve been a client of hers for a few years now and the quality of her work and facilities is by far the best going around - I’ve moved all around Melbourne since I started seeing her and irregardless of where I’ve been I’ve still driven back to see Sylvia because of how great she is! After going to Brazilian Butterfly for a couple years and having some not-so-great experiences, I wanted to see someone who had a privately owned business. Sylvia is absolutely fantastic, the room setup is beautiful, the quality of the wax was great - least painful wax I’ve had, and the results were excellent.

First time’ very nervous not knowing what to expect’ until I met Sylvia’ She first explained the entire waxing procedure to me in a humorous way which totally relaxed me’ I had the entire body done and surprisingly the pain level was only 3 (10 being the highest) nothing like the 40 year old Virgin move’ I was totally amazed how smooth my skin was afterwards considering I used to shave and think my skin was smooth’ Waxing is way beyond another level of smoothness! Thank you Sylvia for making the experience comfortable😁
