No waxing, threading or creams to be used, the hair must be in the follicle.

We welcome the latest breakthrough innovation in IPL technology called SHR. SHR combines Laser and IPL, which gently heats the dermis to a temperature that effectively damages the hair follicle to prevent regrowth while avoiding injury to the surrounding tissue. Most conventional laser hair removal technologies utilise massive amounts of heat to destroy hair follicles.
Walk in feeling pasty and walk out with a healthy glow. Our tan looks natural from the moment it's applied which means you can go about your day without feeling like a freak! I have my brows done here and the service is always, friendly, professional and I've never had to wait more than about 5 mins, usually I get taken straight through. I always see whoever is available and I'm happy to say all therapists have been excellent. Today Taylor waxed my brows and did a fantastic, quick and painless job. Thank you.

I have been a client here for many years! I went for my regular appointment with Kim, who is amazing! I was greeted by a girl at the desk who was extremely rude, I ended up leaving before my appointment! Sorry to say I will not be returning! Very disappointing, at a time like this we should all be kind to each other!

I had my appointment at WAXED today and can not articulate how grateful I am for the beautiful services I received today for my Brazilian, underarm and eyebrow wax. Having recently had traumatic experiences and being afraid to let anyone come close to me, the technician I had today was so sweet, gentle and and incredibly professional (her name slips my mind - gorgeous with tats.)

I recently went to waxed for the first time for a long overdue wax after being in iso! And I couldn't more highly recommend. I saw Tammi and she was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and she was quick clean and efficient! Will most definitely be returning!

I wouldn’t usually leave a review, but the women who waxed my eyebrows yesterday completely ruined them - I will never be returning to waxed because of it. Instead of following my naturally thick shape, she made my brows thin and short and they’re not even on both sides. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else because I had such a bad experience and eyebrows take up to 6 months to grow back 🤬

I had a IPL session done on Wednesday 18th November around 7pm to Address: 217 Glen Huntly Rd, Elsternwick VIC 3185. Booking name : Nita It was painful and I got burnt on the face. The most disappointing thing… is that I communicated this with the team on the day that it was really hurt. Next day I called and they asked me to use Alo vera on my face or ice. My face is still burning and I sent them pictures via Facebook to see if this is a standard thing. NO ONE CALLED BACK TO SEE IF I AM OKAY. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES THINGS DON'T GO AS IT SHOULD. COMPANIES NEED TO BE A BIT MORE CUSTOMER

I had a lash lift and tint at the Bentleigh store. It’s absolutely shocking. They are both uneven and one side is tighter than the other. It looks horrible and I can’t wait for it to drop.
The beautician also… did a wax and it was one of the worst I have ever had.
Very disappointed as I have always loved the store but never again!

Came in today for the 1st time in a while and had the lovely Mia and what can I say, she is a pleasure to deal with and an absolute perfectionist at her role. not at all rough in anyway and very efficient to get me in and out as quickly as possible! and when I asked her to remove hair at the top of my legs close to my downstairs area, she did it… without hesitation and not get technical like other salons I have been to and say 'ohhhh that's leaning up towards your brazilian, if you want that done, we will have to charge you brazilian as well! With my current beautician overseas, I booked into Waxed on Chapel St in Windsor. Best decision ever. Having recently had surgery, my therapist was gentle and communicative. She was also extremely thorough in providing the best waxing service I have ever experienced - I have left other salons with both wax residue and/or small patches of missed areas. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning to this salon for my future appointments 😊

I am a loyal customer of Waxed and have been for many years and have never had a bad experience! Although today I went to your Elsternwick store for a leg wax and it was beyond horrible experience with Deepmala. I had an appointment to attend after the wax which I missed because, my leg wax took OVER 1 HOUR! I have never had a leg wax for such a… long time and is always around the 35 minute mark and i've been waxing my legs for over 6 years. She didn't seem very experienced, fumbling the wax and reapplying it to the same area more than 6 times! That was extremely painful and I had to apply

Went and had an eyebrow wax at Balaclava today. The team were very lovely and professional. However half an hour after I left the salon, my brow and side of my eye stung painfully, then realized a small part of skin had been waxed off. I returned and the lovely lady could not have been more apologetic and helpful to try to accommodate the pain, also offered me a refund. I guess my concern is that 8 hours later I still have terrible pain, even after applying ice etc. just glad it was my eyebrow and not anywhere down south.
