Wouldn't recommend for waxing and needs retaining. Kristen didn't have attention to detail. She waxed in the wrong direction for the hair follicles a number of times which was very painful and left huge red welts in those areas. Didn't prep the skin before treatment properly. Had reusable tensils, rather than disposable. I left with wax still stuck to my skin. Pretty poor work.

It was my first Brazillian ever and she wasn't really sensitive about that. It was incredibly painful and I've learned since going to another waxer that it's because she used only the wax strips rather than the softer wax.
Felt so embarrassed when I couldn't help but cry and she wasn't very warm to me about it..

Kristen always tries to accommodate in terms of timing and is experienced, quick and affordable. Although my skin is sensitive, it recovers well after Kristen's waxing.
