Both Karen and Jessie were really lovely and professional. The shop itself was very clean, and the prices were reasonable (especially for the level of care put into the services). They take hygiene/covid-safe practices very seriously which made me feel comfortable.

The make up artist I was booked in for cancelled 4 hours prior to my appointment. i had my year 12 formal that night, and every other place was booked which caused unneccessary stress. She was not able to provide me with any other recommendations or other makeup artists and left me scrambling to find another makeup-artist a few hours before my formal. I had to try to rearrange all my other appointment times, causing chaos on what was meant to be a stress-free, amazing night. This is completely unacceptable for a company to cancel 4 HOURS BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT. I will not be coming back here .

Whenever I've come to Beauty on Burke, I've always felt incredibly welcomed by all the wonderful staff. Their products are incredible and the staff take the time to get to know their clients and recommend products that will suit their clients skin type. I have been going to beauty on Burke for years, I live interstate now however, every time I come back I always make a visit!
I have had a few staff members treat me in various services and I litrally have nothing bad to say!! They are always so welcoming, friendly and bubbly. They know what they are doing, always give 100% and make sure I am happy with the treatment!
They are all honest, realistic and can actually educate you on what you may or may not need! The products I have tried I have really liked.
I will be back next time I'm home!
