If you are going to construct a new building then all works associated with that new building along with any alteration or extension to an existing building in a shopping centre or an industrial area will require town planning approval from your local council.

Report
I had sent an enquiry in regards to a new building planning decision we had received from our local council. I'd asked if Bardin Planning could assist us with reviewing the conditions and the likelihood of contesting some conditions in VCAT.
Ross provided very prompt and clear feedback on our chances, and I was very impressed with his services.
I could tell Ross had a wealth of knowledge and was a good operator.
Thank you Ross and Bardin Planning.
