Always get the best service, starting with the reception staff to the nurses and the amazing doctors. So fortunate to have this practice in our shopping centre.

Avoid any appointments with Dr Kelly Nguyen. She is the worst GP I have ever met. So unprofessional and zero empathy to patient care. Just waste of time and money. Extremly disappointed

The doctors here are superb. My family have attended this practice for a couple of years now. We feel totally supported in the development of our baby and growing family. We moved further away, but remain at this practice as we love the doctors so much. I find them particularly good for babies & children. Their system helps me keep track of what immunisations we need, and they send helpful reminders. It is hard to make a last minute appointment, which can be tricky for babies, so I do need back up for those times. Highly recommend for family care.

Fantastic experience today for a Covid-19 vaccination. Booking online was very easy and a timely appointment was easy to find.
Upon arrival, reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
My name was called exactly at the time of my appointment and the nurse who administered the vaccination was friendly and professional. To top it off, it didn't hurt a bit. I'd highly recommend this practice.

Friendliest medical centre I’ve ever been to! Warm greeting, caring and very efficient. Forms can be filled out online prior to appointment and no paper work required on the day. Walked in for a one-off appointment and felt very welcome. Although it’s not my local GP, I would definitely come back again and highly recommend to others. Lovely experience. Thank you for looking after me.

My wife and I recently got our first Pfizer jab here. In short, the whole process was exemplary. Everything was on time and professional. Friendly service from the nurse Sunny was a welcome bonus - not to be taken for granted in medical centres particularly during these touch times. Strongly recommended!!

I got vaccinated today at Birkenhead medical centre. The centre has a warm & welcoming environment, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic service, including a detailed explanation regarding the vaccine. I received my jab precisely at the time I had previously booked. I highly recommend this centre for vaccination.

I went with my daughter to get her Pfizer vaccine as she had a travel exemption to go back to uni in the US - she was able to secure a spot here. I can’t say enough kind words about the lovely staff who work here and have had to deal with so much over the last few months. The nurses, the doctor, the receptionist were all positive and friendly and made sure all was ok with my daughter (who had an adverse reaction to a previous vaccine and needed monitoring) and they were kind enough to call and offer me the Pfizer a few minutes after we left as someone else had not turned up for their appointment
