Rozelle Medical Centre and the Doctor who attended to us were excellent. We were given an appointment on New Year's Eve, which we greatly appreciated, and the Doctor was absolutely thorough and clear on our situation. She also advised us there was the possibility of a follow up appointment over the weekend if necessary. Gerry f

I went in for a booster shoot on the 23rd of Dec, I was running late for my appointment as I wasn’t feeling well from pregnancy symptoms and the reception staff and nurse were absolutely fantastic- it’s the most considerate and lovely treatment I’ve had at a medical clinic. Thank you to the lovely staff members that tended to me.

Although I give the medical centre 4 stars. I had a bad experience 3 weeks ago. My first in 11 years of going to the practise. The receptionist would not let me make an appointment for my 12 year old because he had a sore throat. I did tell them he had a negative Covid test and had been isolating for 12 hours since receiving the result. I also mentioned he was double vaxed. The best she could do was a zoom call. I suggested it wasn't good enough as the doctor needs to look down his throat because he has had a history of tonsillitis. The worst part was my son was listening to this conversation and

I have never felt such urgency to write a bad google review until today. I spoke to a lady called Donna that was so incredibly rude that I couldn't believe it.
She spoke over me in such a rude and aggressive manner. I was left feeling very angry and annoyed that I was spoken to like that from a medical professional.
Before Donna I spoke to another young female doctor that I also felt was very rude, unprofessional, and un-helpful.
I will never recommend going here and advise that you ladies learn proper manners.

I am not one to usually write reviews, however when visiting Rozelle Medical centre, I was met with such professionalism, polite manners and top notch customer service particularly from a very friendly lady by the name of Donna. I highly recommend the centre and if you are lucky you will get to deal with Donna. I was referred by a Dr I very much trust and couldn't be happier. Thank you to the Medical centre for such a great experience given the circumstances.

Absolutely appalled with this practice. We are locals and first time parents to a young baby. We have been several times and each time we have had substandard service or been made to wait long periods despite having a young baby and appointment booked and no one in the room before us. Tonight however took the cake. Our 6 month old baby took in… water during her bath. Very scary. We called the emergency health direct number who advised us to take her to a medical centre to get checked. We called Rozelle Medical Centre and explained what had happened and the receptionist told us to be bring
