Our group fitness classes on the Lower North Shore provide outdoor training for men and women of all fitness levels. Our current locations are great for locals of the following areas: North Sydney, Balmoral Beach, Cremorne, Mosman, Neutral Bay, Cammeray, Crows Nest, Lane Cove, Waverton and surrounding areas.

This is a chance for busy Mums to get a bit of time back for yourselves. Services
Our bootcamp sessions are run for men and womens of all fitness levels in an encouraging and non intimidating environment. Our sessions range from weights, boxing, core and cardio workouts. Bring bub down to the session and while you workout, one of our friendly and experienced childminders will look after the kids.
Stretching muscles in the chest, shoulders and back can improve back alignment, allowing you to sit and walk around with better posture. Dynamic stretches before working out and static stretches post workout will help improve range of motion and flexibility. This will help with movements in your workout and day-to-day living.
Most people I meet when they are getting started training will say their goal is weight loss. I want to tell you why this shouldn't be your goal. Your weight will often drop with exercise and good nutrition, although if you are doing strength training your lean muscle mass will increase, meaning weight loss will be affected.
There are numerous exercises which are safe and fantastic for pregnant Mums BUT there are some that you should be cautious with or avoid completely. If you have regularly trained at a high intensity before you conceived, you may be able to continue a modified version of your regular workout regimen throughout your pregnancy.
I recently met with Victoria from Dietary Foundations, a Nutritionist Therapist specialising in fertility and pregnancy on Sydney's North Shore, offering consults in person and online. My Experience with Syd fit club was amazing. An awesome experience! Lachie / Andrew both are very welcoming, the team was great and the workout is fun and challenging. I am very sad to leave this group as i have my work commitment.

I was looking for a bootcamp after relocating cities which offered a variety of times and fitness programs as well as a friendly group of people to train with and challenge my fitness.
After my first day trialling Syd Fit Club it ticked all the boxes! The variety of HIIT, strength, boxing and yoga sessions from Monday to Saturday across two locations gave me more than I wanted! Also Lachie’s down to earth personality makes everyone feel welcome to the team.

I've been a member of Syd Fit Club for a number of years now and its been the best for my exercise. I've had a few breaks throughout this time but always find myself back training with Lachie, because there's nothing like it!
I've definitely reaped the benefits of this group both physically and socially, forming great friends along the way and continue to take my training to places I didn't think I could go.
I'll be a member for life.

This is the best thing to come out of 2020 for me.... A great fun group of people, getting fit while having a good time. Lachie and the other trainers provide a range of challenging workouts and have a great balance of pushing you harder while having some humanity and giving you a break when you really need it. Give it a try, you’ll thank yourself later.

Love training with Lachie and his crew! The various different trainers and their styles give you variety, with varied cardio, weights and body-weight exercises. The boot camp lives up to it's name, getting you fit. But more than that, Lachie has created a community that are friendly and supportive, they make you look forward to getting up and training!

Amazing outdoor group fitness training with such a friendly/fun community. I love that the exercises are designed to be flexible for all fitness levels. The trainer (Lachie) pays attention to everyone, making sure every single person has the right technique and that we are training at the level/intensity that works for us. Highly recommended!

Sydfit club is great outdoor training with great trainers & a friendly bunch of people to train with. There are a variety of sessions available throughout the week & sessions are catered to individual needs. Great for working towards a particular goal or just for a social, group training environment.

Syd Fit Club is the best club I've been a member of. The classes have great variety, the members are lovely and it takes place in an awesome location. The classes have got me in shape for the never ending Sydney summer and enabled me to meet some great people since moving country! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get in shape and have fun at the same time.
