Inpuls has been a game-changer for my health and wellbeing. I’m usually so busy that finding time for gyms is a real challenge. Inpuls only takes 20-30 minutes and the sessions are such a great workout. I feel terrific for days afterwards. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and great at giving you that much-needed motivation and encouragement. These personalised workouts make such a difference. Highly recommended — you won’t regret it.

I tried a 12 mins EMS training with PT Instructor- James for the first time, it was a positive experience. James is very knowledgeable, patient and attentive. I believe all PT instructors are well experienced and fantastic trainers.
INPULS Bondi Junction is Clean, Orderly and nice. It’s location is very convenient, parking at Westfield Bondi Junction-walking distance of 7 mins. Public transport almost by their door.
I am a 65 female, have had my fair share of injuries over the last 6.5 years. So my fitness training have been ON / OFF, not consistent. So, EMS should be a good form of excercise

As someone who is not excited spending hours in the gym, Impuls is a revelation. Its fast and efficient and a day after the 20 minute session you feel like you've been for a 4 hour work out. Its a full body work out and you know that you've put some serious energy into your body. My posture has improved incredibly, sciatica has basically gone from my leg whilst driving and pain in the small of my back is fully healed. Its held in groups of 2 and its like having a personal trainer for the entire session as they make small adjustments and show real interest in my health. This is probably the key

I loved my classes at Inpuls, obviously my faves were the ones with Christoph, but all his trainers are great. I really enjoyed my classes with Iza and Brooke as they were firm on me and pushed me when needed.
The diversity between trainers I enjoyed. Each brought their own personality to the class and once a relationship made it was easy to tell them what I liked, needed and areas to push me in.
I would definitely recommend this to friends and family and especially those who are time poor and want their workouts to efficient and effective.
This is also a great workout for those that have injuries
