I have been training with Jayson for four years now. He is always changing the type of exercises that we do, to help target different areas and to keep things interesting. I a. A shift worker, but Jayson has always been very accommodating in working around my work times. At various times I have attended one on one, small group and large group training with him and have enjoyed them all. Jayson has worked around any injuries that I have and has always been willing to offer advice and tips to help me achieve my goals. I highly recommend him.
