Zak is an absolute legend! I started training solo with Zak during lockdown and I’ve since recruited 2 friends for our weekly group training session. Zak tailors each exercise to our individual ability, doesn’t miss a beat with correcting form and week-to-week ensures we are building on our strength and capability. It wasn’t until May/June 2021 that my husband and I started buddy training in the gym with Zak just a few weeks before the current lock down. If you need a professional, caring highly experienced Personal Trainer then Zak is your man. Zak goes beyond what other PT's have to offer especially in group training where he caters for the individuals strength and fitness levels, something you rarely find in group training sessions. I've been training with Zak for three months and have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and body shape. Through training with him, I have gained more confidence in the gym and enjoyed learning new exercises and increasing my weights. Each training session is fun and varied; he is also very supportive and has pushed me to achieve the results that I want. The work out plans are also great and super easy to do on my own.
