Maya Da Dhaba

Came with my partner for food tasting, was greeted and served exceptionally well by all the staff who were attentive and cleared the tables accordingly. The food was simply amazing, we were full, satisfied and delighted at the variety and quantity of the dishes. A lovely lady from the Management Team by the name of Minuti served and attended to us - and was helpful in picking out dishes suitable to our choice and preferences. We will definitely be booking Maya Da Dhaba for our wedding!

Went here for dinner on Sunday evening last weekend. The food and service was phenomenal, delicious curries, huge portions and the vegetarian entree platter is perfect for two who want to try a bit of everything. Super friendly staff, beautiful decor and artwork plus it’s BYO which we’ll definitely remember for next time because we’ll certainly be back! Thanks for a lovely meal :)

I love visiting restaurants that have history. This restaurant has its soul . Food brought on the table was Pure Quality, need to say Very Generous Portions. Staff confident and super friendly . Very impressed. Will definitely be returning here. Thank you Maya Da Dhaba for a lovely evening.

We ordered food for 16 to celebrate a great family get together. Visited Maya Da Dhaba in Surrey Hills to choose dishes and place order. Got excellent help from a staff member to work it all out. On the appointed date, all items were delivered at our home at exact specified.time. We had a wonderful time enjoying the food. All dishes were just first class. Well done Maya Da Dhaba!

Buying some Indian spices in Surry Hills and decided to visit Dhaba.
Very friendly service and helpful on discussing the menu.
Complimentary Pappadums and mint yoghurt served.
Ordered Rogan Josh, Butter Chicken and Cheese Naan.
Servings were huge and one dish would of been perfect for a single.
Lamb Rogan Josh was tender and spicy, Butter Chicken beautiful but the Cheese Naan was the best I've ever had.
Happily provided take out container for the left over Chicken which was even better 2 nights later.
Cost $50 with a coke which I thought was very good considering there was enough for 2.

Found this online, there are many options in the same area. Glad I tried this one, was really good. Great vibe, aesthetic and atmosphere here. Prompt service and delicious food. A wide range of curries and food with a big drinks menu. Will visit again that's for sure.

The Indian food here is excellent, highly recommend one of their specialities Goan Fish Curry. The Punjabi Baingan baby eggplant dish is also very good. Please note that there is a bar on site so it can get very noisy in the evenings.

Good Indian food at a decent price. Great service and many options to choose from. The naan is amazing, super soft. The best I’ve had.
Don’t have green mint coriander and tamarind chutney which is unusual for an Indian restaurant.
