We've stayed in other houses managed by Cooloola Coast Realty and not had any issues. This house (Baker) however was not what we expected. The overall cleanliness of the house was lacking. Window tracks filled with mould, slime and grime. Doors were hard to unlock/lock. None of the windows had security screens and the front window that faces the road was broken and you could literally climb through it into the house. The only secure way to lock the house up was to close every window and door which then left the house hotter than a sauna. The inside toilet door was a safety issue with it either
