Healthy Switch 8 Week Bootcamps ensure that a busy working life doesn't impede the achievement of optimum health and fitness. Our high intensity, Small Group Training sessions provide maximal fitness benefit, through an extensive variety of exercises that suitably challenge all fitness levels.

Through our alliance with Switch On Sports, we have a strong involvement with sporting clubs and schools. Our services include Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning, School Fitness Bootcamps, and Health and Fitness Presentations. Pre-Season training is critical for a successful season, irrespective of age, or skill level.

Competitive involvement in a large number of sports from a young age, including representative football, tennis, athletics and swimming. Most recent achievement was 1st place in 30-34 year age group at Triathlon Victoria's 2014 Victorian Aquathlon Championship. Outside of conducting approx 35 outdoor sessions, my standard week consists of 3 x weights, 2 x swim, 2 x run, 2 x core, as well as some boxing, cycling, tennis, and golf.

Healthy Switch are excellent, their great energy makes it easy to get out of bed early in the morning for classes! Sessions are well prepared, dynamic, and structured in way that you can really push yourself as hard as you're feeling up for. I've definitely built my fitness and strength significantly since joining up for twice weekly sessions. The groups are all friendly and approachable so I recommend trying a class and see how it goes for you.

Pete’s sessions are absolutely fantastic! They are challenging but super fun with great variety so there’s something for everyone. Pete goes the extra mile to make sure every session challenges everyone (regardless of fitness level) while ensuring everyone feels included and part of the Healthy Switch team. Such a great way to start my mornings. Great value and definitely money well spent. I’ve never been fitter! Couldn’t recommend more highly.
