The small studio apartment is our most affordable apartment which is ideal for overnight stays when you're arriving late and leaving early for work in the morning. These are very popular with business travellers. The apartments are within a short walk to Stockland Jesmond Centre where there are a variety of shops, cafs, takeaway and restaurants.
Our large studio apartments are able to accommodate two people on a king size bed which can be split into two single beds. An additional guest or children are able to sleep comfortably on the sofa bed. The large studio apartments are ideal for a longer stay with a fully equipped kitchen, hot plates, small refrigerator, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, split system air conditioning, a large television and Foxtel for your enjoyment.
Our fully furnished, modern style, one bedroom apartments can accommodate up to three people. The king bed may be split into two single beds or you can spread out in the king size bed. Any additional guests or children can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed. Charges apply for sofa bed use. The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge, split system air conditioning, shower and large television.

Bad experience here. Our room wasn't ready by 2pm, so we had to wait outside in 30 degree weather with all our bags. We also had a cleaner open our door randomly, while we were still in the room. No knocking, no apology, she just stood there blankly. It wasn’t even time for us to check out yet. Completely unprofessional.

Wouldn’t even leave a 1 star absolutely disgusting, a few staff members are helpful and polite yes good at there job but the whole site is an absolute disgrace, the shared pool area , is not maintained stinks of urine and has rubbish all round kids are unsupervised jumping and acting poorly with no adult in site ,feral cats running around , with… food left out stinking to feed them ,we was staying here for a holiday with my husband and daughter when we arrived I booked a king spa suit and was given a completely different room was rather shocked rang reception and was left out in the

We stayed overnight and they didn’t lock the door to the adjoining room. As a result another guest came in at midnight and was scoping out our stuff. Thankfully we woke up and they left before we were either robbed or possibly attacked. Who knows? Unfortunately Jesmond refused us a refund. We were moved to another room but it was deeply unsettling… and we were very lucky to have woken. We barely slept the rest of the night.
Very poor attention to detail to allow a security breach like this. And very poor customer care to not offer a refund.

Wish I’d read the reviews before I booked. The room wasn’t ready when we were supposed to check in and we were asked to come back in 30 mins. It made no difference. Room was disgusting. Floor not cleaned(vac or… mopped) bathroom filthy, toilet seat dirty, dog hairs everywhere (in clumps), sticky stuff on couch, fridge and crockery not clean. I think they only changed the sheets. Parking not allocated. Down stairs room asked for and given an upstairs (after confirmation by phone). Nothing good to say. Not 4 stars don’t stay here

Booked the Mark Studios at lambton rang to make sure that the bathroom was inside the apartment and not a shared facility. Was told yes and proceeded with the booking . Received a text saying I was booked in at Jesmond ! So I rang back and said that’s not were I booked and was asked WHY I couldn’t stay in Jesmond ! I said that’s personal and I booked lambton not Jesmond !! I then asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was the owner . I then asked if I could cancel the booking and was told no as I had to give 72 hours notice! I said but I just booked

Possibly the worst hotel i have ever been too, pool rules were not enforced so I we had kids playing music through their speakers to 10. Our room is wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived, pieces of hair and dirt found on the floor and sofa. remenants of food was on the couch uncleaned. Spoons and forks had food still on them, for a period where cleanliness saftey is needed to this is the worst ive seen.

After completing the check-in, I waited for 40 minutes and still didn’t get the room password. In the end, I kept calling the customer service to get it. I stayed in the same room for two days, but I received the check-out message the next day, so I called the customer service. After confirmation, I also reminded that there is no need to clean, but after I went out, I found that all the things belonging to me in the room were thrown outside and were treated like garbage. It felt very bad.

Jesmond Apartments are unwillingly giving us a refund due to covid rampaging through Newcastle. We asked and begged the apartments to get our refund and they said “that’s just how it is, deal with it” HOW RUDE. I will never ever book with these apartments again, (we also tried to cancel before the 3 day cancellation policy) and they are still charging us the full price of the stay PLUS $80!!!! Money hungry people. DISGUSTING

Chrome cast service did not work and rooms smelt of cigarettes. Contacted reception regarding both matters with promises of them being fixed. The car park free for all is an absolute shamble and tonight there are crowds of suspicious looking people in the main car park areas. Will be a restless night. I mean you wonder with a place that can’t even get the cold tap indicators right on the shower.

Absolutely horrific and shocking that a property like this can have the word 'executive' in its title and operate like this. There was a police presence, people loitering, a large group of people yelling and screaming obscenities. We felt extremely unsafe and decided to leave. I rang the property manager to relay our experience and ask for a refund. The property manager became defensive and agitated and refused a refund. Agree with the other review, if you value your life sleep in your car rather than stay here.

There was nothing executive other than the name on the wall. Absolutely waste of money , in our room telecom was out of service , AC was in living room not in bedroom. We had selected king size bed but we were provided with 2 single bed tucked to look like king size bed. Pillows were like hard sand bags . Not recommending this place to anyone .

I had a last minute booking for my daughter to have a procedure at John hunter hospital which was cancelled I called instantly and advised I needed to cancel and was advised that I can get my refund and was told they would keep it on the account I called today to get a refund as ive been advised the procedure is no longer required and will not be… rescheduled. I have no need or interest to travel at the moment and after being transferred to the owner and manager who answered didn’t even acknowledge me at the beginning of the call until I said hello, his response was hello, I have never

For the amount we paid (two bedroom unit) it was alright, however disappointed. We did not get the style of room/unit we asked for (we had the option when we booked months earlier for a room with veranda or balcony, we requested balcony) we got neither, just a ground floor flat up in the back corner. Parking design out side our room was poorly… thought-out when they made it, you can not safely park the amount of cars side by side in the designated parking bays without blocking someone in or risk your car been damaged by someone leaving! Not to mention money was removed from my selected account

I booked a room at the Williams apartments, it was absolutely filthy. Hairs in the bed, rubbish on the floor, used soap in the shower, no surfaces had been wiped down etc. Spoke to somebody on the phone and they moved us to a different room, it was even worse. Cockroaches everywhere, dirty linen, faeces in the toilet, the oven and fridge was… DISGUSTING. Sat on the lounge to call management back and had baby cockroaches crawl over me. I called back a third time and they moved us to a different room, only it was a different location so we had to pack up and drive there. On our way back out

My first stay here, I was impressed. My second stay I was absolutely disgusted with the condition of the cleaning & how unappealing the room was for the price I was paying.
The next room they provided wasn’t even cleaned when I went to the room. They moved me again to another & the furnishings were out dated & the bed was rock hard.
I would never recommend these premises.
