Room was dirty and very small. No toilet paper or hairdryer. Could only get one key so our teenagers could go stairs but we had to wait for them to come back as we needed the key to use the lift which is very unsafe. Weren't allowed in pool gym or bbq unless we escorted by the security guards. Waited at reception for 30 minutes to check in. Parking was $23 a day and they took a $150 bond out our account. Never again...

I too, had read all the reviews and was nervous about staying here...but I think it's really pot luck what experience you get. We had a double room booked which was clean and tidy, but there were definitely a few minor maintenance issues that could have been attended to. Frayed bottom of the curtains, sliding door that jammed, loose electrical covers, missing batteries in a remote. Aside from that there was a cigarette smell in the corridor, and I did notice one person under the influence of drugs in the foyer but he was being helped by the staff. Not sure if this place is crisis accom though as

Where to start. So much potential but a bit of a let down really. So much waiting for any kind of service, complete painful task to get parking organised and just complicated process for all. No one was impressed with the lack of service from reception. Many times there was no one in the foyer and we would just be waiting and waiting. No calling as calls go straight to voicemail (which was full!). Trying to go to the pool was another time consuming task. We only had one night and so much of the time was taken by waiting! The room was ok, but a lot of work to be done to tidy things up a bit. Chips

I read all the bad reviews after I'd booked the room and was really apprehensive. To the point where I was going to take a financial hit and cancel. I'm really glad I didn't. Our two-bedroom apartment was smallish but clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and the location is great! More like a 4 star than 3 star in some ways...great value for money.

Spend the extra and stay somewhere else. The standard of cleanliness is appalling. The sheets on both beds were filthy, walls and doors have not been looked after, the fixtures are falling of the walls, the lamps didn't even have light bulbs. The staff have no people skills and simply don't care about you or the quality of your stay, the worst part is you can't even call reception to action anything as you're sent to a message bank which is full.

Arrived at 3pm after an advised 2pm check in with my husband and 2 year old. Waited roughly 30mins in line to check in as reception was super unorganised. Then, once i was checked in, had to take our car down into the car park without being given the keys or remote access and just trusting that reception would buzz us in. They didn't but fortunately another car was coming out which allowed us in. By the time we got back to reception with child and luggage it was 4pm and we still couldn't get our keys. Reception escorted us to a room in the verve residential building where we found cleaners still

Was upgraded to other room missing TV and dvd, still no better than the first one. No TV in bedroom or a DVD. So many things that didn't work, basin in bathroom leaked, gas hot plates kept going out. Hardly any cooking utensils. Stayed 2 weeks had to ask to have the room serviced after 7 days. Wouldn't stay there again l, very disappointed.

My husband and I used to stay here a lot everytime we go to Melbourne. The room and service was excellent before. But this trip was very disappointing for us. Our room door is broken. We told the reception, they know about it and still want us to stay in this room because there's no other room available. As a guest, it's not safe for us! At least send someone to repair the door before guests enter the room. Not only that, the room we stayed wasn't really taken a good care. Some of the stuff are not in a good condition. The worst thing is the receptionist was ignorance and doesn't seems to care
