There are more than 130 Australian craft beers on offer alongside pub food with an Aussie twist including gourmet crocodile and kangaroo pizzas. We walked past this pub on the way to our room and liked the atmosphere so went back for dinner. Lots of unusual pizza toppings, we got the crispy bacon and great beers on tap.
We went on a Friday night which was packed but we found a small table and people watched. What a blast. We are a 10 min walk from Wynyard station via York Street and the Shangri-La Hotel or a 7 min walk from Circular Quay Station and Ferry Terminal via George St, Argyle St, and the Argyle Stairs. Good food at a good price. Service from female with darker hair very good. All others need a course. Tourists bring in money to your business. Don't treat us like pests. One tall male bartender actually looked at me turned around and just walked away. I was the only person in line to be served. He went out for air, came back after I was served.

Classic Australian hotel pub. Bars on two levels, complete with ‘Games Parlour’. Lots of street side seating too.
Good selection of beers on tap and a huge range of Australian craft beers available in cans & bottles.
The pizzas are awesome and really good value. Staff are really friendly. Clientele is a good mix of friendly locals and tourists. Definitely worth a visit!

Trivia nights that will have you scratching your head for answers, loads of space across indoor and outdoor, $5 beer specials and loads of delicious craft beer options will have you tasting your way through Australia’s best. Pizzas are well made and who can go past the "coat of arms" for a special treat from our nation's finest! Burgers and even desserts deserve a special mention. A great pub on all fronts!

The hotel was historic and gorgeous! The food was delicious and the first place I tried kangaroo and emu pizza (pretty good I have to say). It was more of a self serve but when I asked for a beer recommendation, the bar staff was amazing and I loved the beer. The outside sitting was great and the sunshine made it perfect.
