For the past 4 years I have been training with a Taylor from Taylor Made Personal Training. I enjoy the group sessions and every single day is a different 1/2 hour workout which keeps training enjoyable and interesting. A few years ago I had a terrible ankle break and had surgery as a result. It has healed well but even today is painful at times. Taylor will always adjust and change the exercises accordingly to the limits of my ankle mobility. I really look forward to my workouts at Taylor Made and benefit mostly from the my increased positive mood and feeling strong in my body.

I started training with Taylor Made in late 2015. I was entirely new to the experience and was guided with so much patience and precision by the wonderful trainers. The owner, Taylor, takes a very hands on approach in an incredibly friendly way, which is refreshing to see in a company.
