My main focus as a coach has mostly been around functional training - I love hyping a class up and getting everyone enjoying what they are doing but I also enjoy giving all clients that specific attention needed to perform their best. My drive as a trainer is to help other people achieve the goals they want to achieve.
Having a coach as a teenager helped me change my body but also helped changed the mindset I had as well as helped me find my love of exercise and fitness. My passion for coaching is driven by a desire to support others to bring out the very best in themselves. I grew up in dancing and started teaching dance from age 13.

All it took was a 5-minute phone call to that Momentum 360 was the right gym for me. From the very start the coaches have been extremely accommodating with providing me with alternatives every class for movements that I physically cannot do due to. a long-term injury, and they encourage me to keep pushing harder instead of making me feel like a nuisance.

Most of us have had success with diet and exercise programs where we lose body fat in a short space if time. We then get hit with a major plateau and the body fat moves slower and slower. This is a very common complaint from a lot of my clients who are trying to lean up.

Personal trainers are everywhere. In fact, it is not hard to become a personal trainer so there is more and more entering the industry at a rapid rate. Like all professionals there is a HUGE disparity in quality.
There are the rookies that have completed their 6 week course and wanted to become a trainer because the hourly rate was attractive (these people find out that it is HARD work and are gone within 12 months) and then there is the other side of the spectrum.There are trainers that have years of experience, university degrees, a tonne of testimonials and before and after photos and genuinely CARE for their clients.

I've been to a few gyms in my time but none compare to this. The gym itself is spacious, clean, modern and no mirrors which is wonderful. Everyone is there for the same reasons- to genuinely strengthen and shape their bodies in a positive way. The daily classes are designed to give you an all over workout and the trainers are fantastic. You can go as hard or as soft as your body allows with their expert guidance. Classes are small so you actually feel like you are getting one on one training. I highly recommend Momentum 360 to everyone who is serious about their health and well-being. Come and

In my arrogance and desperation I taught myself a workout from a book...and before I knew it I was injuring myself.
In the course of about 8 weeks, I've had to relearn all of my movement patterns...add corrective and mobility exercises...and I realise now how I was taking the really really long way.
Sometimes it pays to invest in education and coaching.
This isnt an ordinary team. This is a team of coaches world renowned for training OTHER coaches, internationally.
I'm extremely grateful to be benefiting from this level of wisdom and experience. This sort of coaching
