This class is for beginners or those who have been on a long break and wish to take up running again. Follow the 8-week program and you'll be able to run 7km without stopping, learn to run properly to minimise injury, lose weight and improve your fitness. New people are starting all the time - is today your turn?

Pulse Performance offers customised training to people at every level including elite athletes, beginners and everything in between. All our clients are different, with their own goals and lifestyles, and we understand sometimes it can be difficult to find time for exercise. That's why we offer tailored fitness and training plans to help you reach your goals.
Running is a terrific way to improve fitness, lose weight and build muscle tone. It's also safe, social and one of the most inexpensive sports around (no need to spend a fortune on a bunch of equipment or gym memberships you never use!) All you really need is a good pair of shoes and an experienced coach who knows what they're talking about.
Running does not have to be a solitary sport! The Pulse running squad is a happy, social bunch of people who enjoy a cuppa (or sometimes a bevvy!) after a training session. During fun runs and races, they'll be the familiar faces out there with you and cheering you on. Pulse runners know just how far a little support can go.
Pulse Tri Club is a small but committed team of men and women of a range of ages and experience; we take part in Sprint Distance, Olympic Distance, Long Course, 70.3 and Ironman races across Australia and even overseas. If you're looking for a supportive and enthusiastic team of multisport athletes, and the guidance of a professional and motivating coach, then Pulse is the team for you.
Pulse Juniors is one of the largest and most successful kids' running squads in NSW. Many of our kids hold current State and National records. To make sure the kids are training with others at the same level and working towards similar goals, our kids are split into groups. Due to high demand, kids wanting to join Pulse Juniors must first qualify in a one-on-one session with Head Coach Dani.

About to start my 4th year with pulse performance. I always hated running but now can't imagine life without it!!! Dani is a great coach, who is full of encouragement. Since joining the group I have lost (and kept off..) 10kgs. Completed many fun runs including a half marathon!!I look forward to the group sessions and always have a running partner to keep me motivated. I highly recommend this group to anybody who has ever thought about running but don't believe they can.

Dani trained me for my first (and then second) Ironman race. I can honestly say there aren't many coaches out there like Dani. He is able to balance getting great results with respect for limiting training time, which is absolutely essential if you are trying to fit in IM training around a busy life. I had other friends training for IM who were… doing a lot more and a lot harder sessions but without the same results I was getting!
I improved heaps under Dani and did PBs in 10km, half marathons, marathons, half ironmans and of course completed that first IM. After 6 months with Dani I was

Awesome training sessions with Dani and Pulse Performance team.
Dani was able to motivate me and help me prep for my half marathon and work towards achieving my goal of under 2 hours for the Gold Coast Half Marathon. Thanks Coach! Your awesome :)

The love of running is one thing - but to then find a group that are not only inspiring, friendly,encouraging and but they are looked after by the best coach I have ever met . Dani is brilliant - he will push you to the point where you think " I can't do this " - only to realise in actual fact " I can do this , I will do this " and I am proud to do this ". The sessions can and will be hard but the results speak for themselves and leave you feeling Euphoric !!!!!

Pulse Performance Squad is fantastic - the support from the coach and the camaraderie within the group is second to none. The sessions are designed to push you to your limits and to improve you. These sessions even helped me to get a 30yo 10k PB this year!!

Best running and triathlon squad in Sydney. I've been coached by Dani for 10 years now and he's still getting the best out of me, helping me to go faster and longer than I ever have. If you're serious about being the best you can be then this squad is for you. Can't rave about it enough. A great sized squad means there's plenty of people at the… same level to train with from first timers to elite athletes but still plenty of 1 on 1 time with the coach. Extra free seminars and sessions also provided on nutrition and core strength ensure a well rounded approach to proper exercise and training
