Disgusting. Checked in today (New Years eve) and checked out less than 10 minutes later due to a family emergency. We paid $230 for the night and they refused to give us a refund given our circumstances. Not to mention, the room was filthy, full of mould and smelt like cigarettes. I wouldn’t even let my dogs stay here. Reception staff are disgustingly rude and have no respect for anyone.

1. The bath towels are very small and thin,
2. When taking a shower water comes out of the drain near the hand basin,
3. Only 1 chair for a room for 3
4. No undercover parking, first in gets a spot but the back of the vehicle is exposed and dripping aircon from above units leaves water marks on car,
5. On arrival no reception even though we booked weeks in advance,
6. No daily services
7. Laundry only open 9am to 4pm which does not allow for guests to attend who are busy through these times daily.
8. On arrival had to ring at reception that was closed and stood there for 14 minutes for someone

The room was only half serviced once during a 5 night stay. Towels were not replaced, just picked up from the shower tray and draped over the shower rail to dry. There were 3 beds in there but only 2 cups and 1 spoon. Also, just the one chair in the room so we took one from outside. A microwave but no crockery or cutlery at all. The staff were pleasant and friendly, the pool was nice but we would not go back. You need to clean the rooms, and definitely change the towels. Sorry

We checked out 10 mins after checking in. Our room was located near the rear (Gatton and McLeod st) entrance which is infested with rats. Room was dated but clean. Can't even say it's good value because the Palm Royal is is same price but worlds apart, albeit 5-10 mins out of town. Staff were friendly though. They let us check out straight away.

Just came back from your hotel and very disappointed. When booked our rooms tjis is what I was told' after hours no one will check us in but they will leave the keys in the after hours box key holder'. Arrived there called after hours only to be told that we have to pay $150 bond if we checked ourselves in. Otherwise we have to wait when they open 😡😡😡😡 very upset.
3 nights our rooms weren't service and ants everywhere. Never anyone at the office too The smell of cigarettes was everywhere and outside o smelled whee. The smell we have to smell every morning.
Will not go back here and

The moment we stepped inside the room we were disappointed. The rooms in the basic apartment were dirty with cockroaches along with their extended families. The room was not serviced for 4 days that we stayed. Furniture were dated. Photos in the website look nice because they are deceptive. The manager and the receptionist were helpful though.

Don't be deceived by the website.
Took us two days and lots of candles to get rid of cigarette smell. We were "greeted" by maintenance man as we had arrived out of hours (2:30pm).
Bar and restaurant closed months ago but still being advertised.....
More a place for long term residents than a holiday resort. Photos show a more accurate description of what place looks like now. The guest laundry was not tided in the time we were there.
Not recommended.
