We found the booking process to be easy and efficient. Booking with the boutique collection gives you the advantage of choosing a room that suits you. Our room, 308 at Sea Temple Port Douglas, was all that we hoped it would be for our honeymoon. It was amazing. We had a small issue with the cleanliness of the pool but this was soon sorted out by Amanda.

We have just returned from an amazing stay in room 134. Everything about our stay was perfect. The Boutique team were easy to contact and quick to respond. We had a small issue with power, when we first… arrived and a new room was promptly sorted out. Can not recommend The Sea Temple Port Douglas, highly enough. Thank you to Alex and everyone else who assisted us, throughout our stay ⭐️👍🏻🏝🌞 To anyone with kids, the convenience of the swim out room, is incredible.

Recently booked our holiday through The Boutique Collection and the service was outstanding. Anna from reservations was so helpful in moving our booking forward and Alex was putting the final finishes in our room when we arrived...loved the wine, strawberries and cheese. Highly recommend The Boutique Collection.

Poor communication - never reply to emails tried to organise transfers and they only replied after we arrived after multiple calls and 2 emails prior when the borders opened (but they make sure they take your money on time from your credit card!)
No cleaning in room unless you stay 8 nights we enquired to get one but ended getting an answer 2 days before we were leaving so we cleaned ourselves
Does not tell you they are not part of the hotel until after you book which means you have to “pay as you go” and can’t get room service

We booked our stay through Hotels.com
When we cannot come because of Covid border closure, Hotels.com made it extremely hard & complicated for us to organise refund despite Boutique’s confirmation that they are happy to provide full refund.
I became so frustrated that I reached out again to Boutique for help.
Lane from Boutique was so helpful and organise my refund (even though they have no benefit from helping me get my refund) and I am really grateful !
Lesson learnt …. Book direct through Boutique rather than the very unhelpful Hotels.com (i cannot even talk to anyone at Hotels.com)

Beware of booking conditions with this company. We had to cancel a trip due to COVID restrictions/ Victorian lockdown and this was the only accommodation provider who did not provide a refund given the circumstances. All other hotels and real estate companies we booked with provided a full refund and were incredibly helpful and understanding. The… staff member we spoke to was rude and hung up when questioned about why a refund couldn’t be considered in the current environment (including telling that us leaving a Google review mentioning that people should be aware of the COVID booking

We are staying at the Sea Temple Palm Cove at the moment for 10 nights. The resort is beautiful but as far as our room is...it’s probably a 2 star. It’s filthy dirty, toilet seat broken, balcony light broken. Plates, cutlery, drawers, ceiling fans are so dirty. Cobwebs in the shower. The dishwasher smells so bad I can’t even open it. We were told… we would have a mid week clean but that never happened. There has been a wedding every night below our room which was so loud and I can’t even sit on the balcony and look at the view. It’s surrounded by a concrete

Thank you to the Boutique collection at Palm Cove, you have made our family escape at SeaTemple Palm Cove a most memorable one. Having booked the apartment online, accommodation when we arrived was as pictured, it didn't disappoint! Upon arrival there was helpful information provided by the BC as to passwords and contact numbers, I loved that there were adequate supplies of cleaning, soaps, shampoos etc, supplied. It was helpful too and worth mentioning that all cleaning machines such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hair dryers all worked ***** for that. The added bonus of a 1 ltr bottle

After many stays with the Boutique Collection and referring friends to do the same, I was disappointed to be treated rudely and disrespectfully by the owner, Alex. After a long year of lockdowns in Melbourne, my family and I were looking forward to staying in our usual room at the Sea Temple Port Douglas again. Upon inquiring about rates for the off peak season, Alex began accusing me of not being a 'genuine' customer, calling me 'vague' and a 'time waster'. Despite being baffled by this I attempted to get the conversation back on track only to have Alex hang up on me after telling me I was 'calling

I do not recommend using this company to book a family holiday, they lied to us about check in times and did not follow though with any arrangement we previously made with them. And when I confronted the manager regarding my disappointment with them he simply told me I was ruining his night and hung up on me.

My stay at sea temple this year was just a dream. Surrounded by amazing pool and landscape. The service was outstanding. Very helpful, organised, polite and accommodating. I have Shaun to thank for that. It was my first time booking through these guys and I was not disappointed. Will certainly be booking again for other properties. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from the team at The Boutique Collection with easy key pick up and amazing rooms. Stayed at the Sea Temple at Port Douglas, Alamanda and Peppers Beach Club this year. Will only ever book through them now, especially after all the changes I’ve had to make due to COVID! So helpful to be able to speak to a person!

The stay itself was quite nice & the resort was lovely. However, we asked for a late check the day before we where leaving and spoke to Shaun who said that was fine and we could depart at 1200pm. At 1100am on day of departure the cleaner let himself in whilst my friend and I where having showers in separate bathrooms. He then let himself in again whilst we where dressing. He said we where supposed to be out already. We told him we had a late check and where not due to check out until 1200pm, he left after. As a young lady it was absolutely mortifying & scary to come out of the shower with nothing
