I was dissapointed with what was advertised and what we received.
The spa wasn't working.
Soap, washing up cloth, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, toilet paper were not supplied.
We were woken up 5 nights from loud strange noises.
A few cockroaches were running around, there was odd old cutlery and plates.
The benefit was easy underground parking.
The location was good, a close walk to the lite rail and Coles express.
I would not stay here again for that price there is better.

Absolutely great location, and rooms. Rooms were comfy, clean and the location was perfect! Receptionist was so friendly and helpful! Couldn't have asked for more. Certainly worth the price! We will be back for sure! Thank you for everything!!

Worst... disappointing stay ever had in Gold Coast.. not worth for the money... very old building... all the furniture are rusty and shaking in a state it might break anytime. Would not recommend to anyone.no aircon and fan speed is too low.
Worst hospitality and service too.

Location wise. In a quiet area which ia good. Rooms were comfy but cold. No heating for us cold people from interstate. Noisy neighbours who are permanent residents. Dryer didnt work. Beds hard. Spa didnt work. Should i continue?
