Stay with a bit of inconvenience..
Cleaners forgot to set up sofabed on 1st day and rollaway was hard as rock so the guest had to sleep on the couch.
Unpleasant smell of sewage coming out of laundry for days. Felt like living in the bathroom. Restaurant closed, bar open only on weekends. Hotel is nice but definitely need some maintenance and renovation. Definetly Not worth for $500 a night

My partner and I love Mantra Sun City. It literally is everything you would expect and more of the Gold Coast. It has everything you are looking for on a relaxing holiday, including, massive pool with water slide, outdoor and indoor spas, heated indoor pool, 30 second walk to the beach. Plus the rooms are always spotlessly clean.
The staff are always amazing here, so friendly, professional, catering and just really care about your experience.

Exceded expectations.
Loaded with pools and spas, as well a decent little gym. When you add in the sauna/steam room, tennis courts and even basketball hoop - Plenty to do if you just want to hang back at the hotel for a day.
The rooms were fine and what you'd expect.
For the price you're paying - and given it's noticeably cheaper than most other hotels in Surfers - it's definitely a good option and I know I will be coming back again very soon.

Did not enjoy this stay again. Been there 4 times in the last few years, and once again this is the third time we have had no wi fi, they were going to fix it and again nothing done. Apartment not cleaned properly in certain places. Cupboard doors under the sink were not cleaned on the outside, full of packed on dirt. Oven trays were not clean had hard black crusty stuff all over them, found an oven tray in the draw under the oven, which was not cleaned had food stuff all over it. Range hood above stove greasy on the top (never cleaned) when we opened it, it had old thick grease all around it inside

Awesome place and children friendly, my room was well presented and the convenience of having a full kitchen and washer and dryer makes life so much easier. The pools are absolutely amazing and the hotel is very well presented and maintained, I will definitely be rebooking when I'm back on the Gold coast again. Thanks Mantra

We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. The property was clean enough but heavily worn and outdated. The rest of the property including pool area was also in need of a tidy up and renovation. The pool was large and in its day would have been amazing.
Not sure what happened to surfers paradise. The area has become run down. Lots of druggies around and no where near the vibrant well maintained suburb it was when I came earlier.
Tye property is really great for access to the beach. I don't like the good coast so would not come back.

We stayed here for our daughter’s birthday and the team left a surprise for her on the table with a birthday card. The room was fantastic as well as the facilities. We absolutely loved this place. Great views and close to everything. Amazing pools too! No shortage of fun here. We will always come back to this place for our holidays. Thank you for making it so perfect.
