There was no way of rating a 20/10 with 100 stars.
My family and I had the best stay. It was everything and more. Sometimes you see things online, get excited only to arrive and have your expectations dimmed as the pictures showed something way better. This was far from the case with this place. What drew me to book this place was the photos and we walked into what exceled our expectations and more.

Stayed at Sun City apartment 2803. I strongly recommend to ANYONE who values their health and safety to please refrain from staying here! This is not from a disgruntled guest, this is a serious health concern and has been reported to the highest authority. The treatment and lack of respect that my partner and I received from Gold Coast Holiday Stays is nothing short of disgusting and disheartening to say the least.
ONE good thing was the VIEW.
The apartment had Mould, dust, broken door handles/hinges. Hair in the bed, sinks and fridge.the floors were not vacuumed, walls were filthy, air conditioning

I booked two apartments in January 2021 with Belinda. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to border closures (Covid). I thought I would still write a review regarding the great service I received from Belinda and her staff. Especially when there are alot of really bad stories regarding cancellations and loss of money due to covid.
We received a total refund and always received prompt replys regarding advice on what we should do regarding having to cancel.

My wife and I had an exceptionally brilliant time from the moment we checked in till we departed five days later in April this year.
Stunning reception offices in the heart of Surfers Paradise the warmest of welcomes from Belinda and her assistant.
A stunning apartment at Peninsula Apartments in Clifford Street, our apartment was 100% Spotless, clean, brilliant views and best of all was the very reasonable rates chaged for such a stunning deal.
So many brilliant items and assistance was outstanding.
We shall return I would highly recommend
