Worst stay ever. If you’re looking for a peaceful holiday, DON’T BOTHER! You will not be getting that! You will not get your moneys worth as there are residents who scream all day and night. The grounds are dirty and just overall a disgusting so called “resort” and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. Overall experience has been very disappointing. We were not given the the room we had requested. Customer service at the hotel was horrible. When trying to inform them about appliances in the room not working such as stove and air con, they only argued with us and stated that it was impossible it wasnt working, and made no action to try and have a look at the problem. Bugs in the room. Mounding cabnets and and appliances. Not at all a place that should rented out.

This resort is far from a resort style hotel so as a start the hotel needs a name change. Upon walking into the reception we were greeted by a young man who proceeded to tell us that there is a $200 holding bond to stay here - nothing was mentioned before about this when previous phone calls were made. The young man then proceeded to say that "… Yes we know the rooms are a little run down but we will be renovating". I was in the reception area in despair, thinking what in gods name are we doing staying here. So we went to our room, and upon entering the smell for me was just yuk. I could

Stayed here for 8 nights, due to the price of this place I was expecting average accommodation but for the price it was amazing. Two minute walk to the main strip, trams right outside the door, very cleaned, new linen was provided after a few days, great facilities. Will definitely be back here again 😊😊

Walked into our apartment to find a used condom in the middle of the room, then one under the bed. How could the cleaners simply miss something like that!? We had kids staying in the room, and when we told… staff about it we got no apology what so ever all we got was a okay, but other then that how was your stay? Wasn't good enough, your lucky the kids never picked it up!
