A private one on one non-intimidating outdoor personal training session filled with the newest exercises and effective programs to achieve your fitness goals. You have the option to have your Personal Trainer meet you at your local park or come to the privacy of your own home bringing with them all the equipment needed for your success.
OpenAir Fitness & Wellbeing offers a fully mobile outdoor personal training service. Servicing Perth southern suburbs including Wandi, Aubin Grove, Atwell, Harvest Lakes, Cockburn Central, Success, Hammond Park, and more. The studio is anywhere you want it to be. Be it your local park or the privacy of your backyard or lounge room.
Contact with nature - whether through parks, natural bush, pets or farm animals, helps us recover from stress and mental fatigue, helps us relax and puts us in a good frame of mind. Cancellations by a client must be made 24 hours prior session, failure to do so, may result in a full charge of the session. All session charges must be paid in full prior to the session. Prior to your session or program design you must complete a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire. Should there be any fitness concerns you will be required to submit a medical clearance from your Medical Practitioner.

Kristie is a laidback, friendly trainer who has helped me meet my fitness goals and made exercising enjoyable and fulfilling.
