Hey if you want useless Contact Zac and he’ll nail that for you. Clearly he’s only getting to work at this real estate because of being a family member and not skills.
Call up for him and you’ll get told he’s only in on Saturdays so email him. Email him and he’ll get back to you a week later. Not just once but every time you email.
Obviously he only comes in on Saturdays as this appears to be a part time job for him and he only deals with work on Saturdays yet you can’t deal with anyone else when asking about properties that he’s managing?

Haydn provided me excellent real estate selling services for the sale of my house in spite of the complexities of me being remote in the US and during the covid new abnormal. Haydn acted on my behalf with contractors, buying prospects, the final buyers and the conveyance team. I put an application in for a Unit, Property Manager keep telling me application has been sent to Owner and they will let me know. But when I kept asking yes no for so many days because my other Rental application was approved but I prefer the property from them PM was telling me same story, but Reception staff told me they have not received my work reference yet. I checked with my work place they said they have not received anything, I realised they were contacting my previous employer not current. And at the end She said application was almost declined. Long story short: boy & girl buy house. House has existing tenant. Tenant has six months on lease to go but existing property managers (also the agency boy & girl bought house through) have declined to keep managing the property for that duration.
Enter Denovans. This family-run real estate agent might be the one agency I've met that actually has soul.
Not only did they take on the property management of the house until the tenant's lease finished, they were incredibly helpful advising throughout the whole process. Continually they went above and beyond what their call of duty
