Stephanie took over responsibility for the property we have been renting in Toowong and has been extremely helpful and caring. We've been kept informed about developments and the process for moving out kept as smooth as possible.

Happy with everything up until the latest lease renewal. We were told multiple times that a 6 month lease would be fine only to have that change at the last second and be offered 12 months only. Somehow during the 6 weeks it took between our lease ending and being offered a new one it never occurred to them to be honest about that or to let us know that the rent was increasing until the absolute last second. We have been renting our property with Arthur Conias for 4 months. Totally appalling to deal with, constantly costing money with their incompetence and lack of professionalism. It's a constant headache and up hill battle having to manage the property managers for the rental of our house. Now having to escalate issues to the principles. Now considering looking for another rental agency if not sorted out in the next 2 weeks .
Only started responding now I have put pressure on.

Extremely disappointed...

I had some issues several times with Arthur Conias Toowong. Fortunately, after intervention from management the issues were swiftly dealt with and resolved. A lesson in open communication and conversation rather than emails and assumptions.
I have been a tenant for over two years and had a great owner to deal with and Emily-Le the property manager was also great. Good to see that management got involved when they needed to.

I have been renting through Arthur Conias for 4 years. I have since purchased my first property. Whilst renting with them I had dealt with a few property managers and my experience with one of them was not the best. That said they changed my property manager to Emily Le and my experience was fantastic she is a 10/10 agent who was always polite, fair , professional and acted very quickly when issues with the property would arise, she was a big reason why I stayed in the one property for so long. People become property managers because they need to feed their ego. We all know the type - not really smart enough to get a job which would, you know, benefit society in any way, and enjoy asserting their "power" over tenants. They strut around telling people they work in "real estate", hoping that you'll think they're actually a sales agent.
