Kids aren't smaller versions of adults. They grow and change every day, and when they become sick or injured, they need informed healthcare that understands the ways that children are different. That kind of care requires specialised equipment and experience. Unfortunately, most medical centres and emergency departments don't have these resources.

Dr Amani is by far the worst doctor I have been to. Safe your money and go somewhere else. Had me in and out of the office in 3 minutes without a proper consultation. I asked questions and he shrugged me off - wrote something on a piece of paper and told me to google it. I confronted him on the bad service and he was very taken aback. Avoid him at all costs.

First time visit, and was very happy with the doctor who saw me. Excellent diagnosis and great insight into my symptoms. The receptionists can improve on their customer service skills - the only reason I am not giving 5 stars.

Bad attendants. Bad doctors. Bad services and dirty trick. The attendants don’t pay attention in your services. I went to go a flu vaccine and the attendant forgot me. I went 30 minutes there for nothing and when I questioned about the vacine, she told I would have to pay twice, because I would pay the vaccine and the administration. Bad examples for a clinic.

Positive thing is you can have an appointment very quickly and booking system is good. But don't expect to spend more than a minute with a doctor. This centre is very convenient to me and I gave it more than a try but they won't see me anymore.
Health consultation is really poor quality, no listening, no advice. Last time, the doctor was not even wearing a mask.
I don't recommend except for Dr Lam who is great!

I have been going here for 5+ years.
Dr. Pankar and Dr. Lam are kind, knowledgable, willing to spend as much time as required with you and overall just friendly calm doctors.
The staff are quick to respond to communications, friendly, efficient and always a pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommended.

My experience with the team here was very positive. They took the time to discuss the vaccine, and address any questions.
As someone who is a bit on edge around needles they were super kind and patient with me.

By far worst service ever received.
The medical centre doesn't provide results for tests unless customer chase them, they don't accept medical insurance, they don't provide the correct invoice so you can claim money from insurance yourself and best of all failed to let me know that phone consultations cannot be claimed from insurance.
The phone consultation in question lasted 1 minute at a price of $50 to hear 'everything is fine, if you feel sick call 000'. To it I will add please head anywhere else if you are in need of medical assistance as in this place they are only after your money.

Nice clinic comparing to the other branch in townhall (sydney CBD medical). Dr. Lam is really nice and would like to spend time to look into my problem.
The receptionist was also assigned to do the nurse duties. She was so helpful and friendly while i was doing ECG test.
She also helped my partner to change the dressing on his finger and applied some ointment on the wound which he didnt recieve this basic care in Sydney CBD Medical.

Just got vaccinated here and they were very good.
The Doctor and nurse both clearly and carefully explained all the possible complications and answered all my questions.
They are efficient without being rushed.
They were also very kind and helpful when I fainted (I don’t like needles, nothing to do with the vaccine!)

DO NOT BOTHER TO COME! There are some other GPS around this area!
The Male GP was not helpful at all and the nurse who did my testing don’t want to work there for sure! They don’t even bother to wear masks themselves, and the whole experience just made me feel worse.
The prescription I got made the pharmacist doubt because it doesn’t even make sense....
the doctor double booked himself and the receptionist was not contributing any help! Seriously don’t come here!!!!
(ALSO!!!!!!testing results come out in two working days, but don’t let the doctor put you on a SUNDAY because it’s
