Dr Yan Zhang is recognised to participate in the Antenatal Shared Care Program with RPA Women and Babies. She holds a certificate of Women's Health from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrician and Gynaecology. She specialises in all aspects of general practice including women's health, family planning, antenatal care, paediatrics, preventative health and chronic disease management.

I booked an appointment using the Health Engine app. I arrived for my appointment and was told that as I have had COVID in the last month the doctor wouldn't see me in person. If this is your policy it needs to be made clear across all of your booking platforms, not just on your website. No where on Health Engine does it stipulate that is your policy. I had taken work off to come in specifically for my appointment, which requires a face-to-face and couldn't be dealt with via a phone consult which is what I was offered as an alternative. I understand being cautious with COVID, but how about letting

This place doesn’t offer booster for none-Medicare holders (even if you have IHI), but it’s booking system still allows people without Medicare book through, which is wired. However the receptionist has been helpful. She provided a printed version of a list of places nearby that may offer booster for people without Medicare which helped me find another suitable place to get my vaccine. I rate 0/5 for their booster booking system, but wanna give extra 2 stars for their helpful backups.

Worst GP experience. I went there for pregnancy test.
1. GP did not call me when got the results .
2. When I went there to discuss (after confirmation from pathology) , he just handed over the printouts of pregnancy and blood reports
3. I had to ask is vitamin d deficiency , is iron low , am I pregnant. And answer was yes it is written there
4. I asked what next , he said don't u remember ehst u did in first delivery.
5. How much vitamin d should I take, answer was jut show these to pharmacist
6.i asked can I go to hospital

I wish I had read these reviews before booking an appointment with Dr David Wai. I also found him to be rude, aggressive and defensive. I felt he wanted to rush me through, quickly providing me with scripts for 5 different medications without attempting to properly diagnose. I appreciate that science isn't always 'exact', but I expect an effort is made to narrow down the possibilities, and to not oversubscribe 'possible' treatments. I was also surprised that he wore his COVID mask on his chin during the whole consultation.

The worst medical experience I had in my life was this year with Dr Ian Dannes at this medical centre. Very sad to see doctors not caring for the impact they have in patients and rather focus on the health insurance claims. I would recommend everyone to be careful with this medical centre. In hindsight, I wish I had read reviews beforehand.

I don't understand if he's unqualified or just lazy, but Dr. Maji refused to treat or even examine a skin lesion that my regular doctor previously had no troubles with treating (and another doctor at Sydney Medical Centre on George St later on). I'm sure he was happy to take the $38 Medicare fee for the 2 minute consultation and revert to his 'healing through poetry' ponderings (see his LinkedIn, seriously)

Having just moved from overseas and luckily enough to be eligible for medicare, I have used this GP several times and have had no issues with the service provided. Dr Zhang is a lovely individual and has gone out of her way several times for me and my sister when we have required documentation signing, vaccinations and check ups. I will continue to use for future! Never waited any longer than 30 minutes and staff at reception are helpful enough.

The doctor she wasn’t helpfully for the yellow card for pregnancy. My friend asked for the yellow card and she told my fiend to go to get the yellow card at the hospital. So many time my fiends ask her to write and give her the records and the doctor said just go to hospital don’t need to ask her. What the pint we have GP?
