I rented a house through Hogkinson Real Estate for 6 years. At times there was delays with maintenance but overall I had a really good experience. The customer service was well rounded and they often went out of our way to help. In particular our latest real estate manager, William, was kind, considerate and attentive. Even though we didn't end up purchasing the property from this vendor, the sales team was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed. They took the time to show us through the property and also kept us informed of any changes too. The rental team also was kind enough to give us an appraisal on the property to help show us the income that we would potentially get. My Husband and I really did appreciate the time and effort they made for us even though we didn't purchase the property.

Had agent to sell my house last year 2020. He had 6 months to get me a decent offer. He only got one and that was to ACT housing. He finally agreed to have a open house but didn't advertise for it or put signs around the neighbourhood. His once in a while inspections only ever attracted a handful of people. Buyers couldn't get in touch with him; they were approaching me personally. I refused to settle on the price housing was offering so he dropped me, removed the sign and advertising(photography) I pre paid for, and threatened me with litigation. I was a long time tenant of a property managed by these people. Some property managers were nice enough, others were very rude and combative. Repairs took months to be done, and the place was without working AC for 1.5 years before being badly fixed, leaving holes and scrapes in the wall surrounding it. I had to fix a condenser leak myself afterwards. On inspections, they would never give a specific time, and just come in whenever they liked, photographing anything they liked. Very undignified way to live. If you're using them for property management, I sincerely hope they're cheap.

The front desk staff were always friendly and well presented, while the property managers we were in contact with were attentive and efficient.
