However if you have an emergency (chest pain - heart attack, bleeding - need suturing, can't breath - asthma) then you will be seen by the next available doctor.

Osteoporosis is a common condition affecting over 1 million Australians in which bones become fragile and brittle leading to a higher risk of fractures, than in normal bone. Osteoporosis occurs when bones lose minerals, such as calcium, more quickly than the body can replace them, leading to a loss of bone thickness (bone density or mass).

I'm not happy because A, one of the receptionists totally ignored me and my personal information was sitting there on the counter for a particular client to view (she should have taken it off the counter) and B, the doctor I saw was more interested in talking over the top of me to get to the point, didn't give a bull shark about what I had to say, got me flustered. I'm going elsewhere.

I usually see Dr Lwin but he was booked out so I had to see Jok Teng as he was the only doctor available and I can safely say I will never do so again. He practically laughed at me and scoffed all throughout my appointment when I asked for a blood test due to certain symptoms I was experiencing. He refused and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I felt so disregarded and upset by this doctor that I gave up and ended up walking out. It was the first time I left this clinic feeling utterly uncared for due to this doctor.

My usual doctor was booked out, so I saw a Dr Teng in the same practice and it was a terrible and upsetting experience.
I was not listened to, I was spoken to like a child and I was talked over the top of when trying to explain why I am there. On top of that, I asked for a script repeat of my asthma inhaler that I urgently needed (it is on file) and he refused to give it to me. Telling me I need to see a respiratory clinic first, to check if I still need it and if it's the right medication for me. I was shocked, there is no cure for asthma and it needs to be managed with medication daily. I left

PPFMC has been our family doctor for the last nineteen years. Went there when our eldest was a newborn, and the doctor I was seeing at the time had no interest in anything I brought up with him. PPFMC docs were right on to it all.
Am familiar with everyone there, always friendly, all ask how the fam is, etc.

My partner and I have been attending this medical centre for the past 10 years and I can honestly say with my hand on my heart the caring, helpful, and concern given by the staff is always 5 star. We first attended the old surgery and have since moved to Ipswich and as a result of the excellant service provided we continue to go to this surgery. Doctor Senaweera is our treating doctor, she is always thorough with her assessments and we hold her in the highest regard.

The nurse and doctor I saw with my daughter were nice enough but I don’t think I have ever met a ruder more stuck up woman in my life at the reception counter. And just when I thought it was me she was being rude to a father brings his son in with an obvious broken wrist or arm and this receptionist was so rude to him and turned him away.
I have never reviewed anything. Not good not bad but this needed to be said.
