TELEHEALTH (telephone) consultations can be made with any doctor at any time by booking online or by ringing our reception team.

this was the 3rd doctor i had seen at this practice, they all were all extremely rude, but Dr Hla Theingi was the worst, i genuinely have no idea how she got her medical license, first off all i booked myself in for a mental health appointment just to be told that i didn't book that appointment, when i went in she refused to use my prefered name and claimed legally she could not when i know that's a blatant lie, she also asked me extremely personal questions and inappropriate questions about my cptsd such as "who abused me and why i have trauma from it", she bellited my mental health

Dr Hla Theingi has to be one of the worst GP's I have ever seen, she diagnosed my sons lymph node as part of his skull. She rolled her eyes when I walked in with my concerns. She wouldnt even maintain eye contact or look into the concerns that I was there for. It seems that she got her medical training from a certificate online. She does not seem to know what she is doing. Lacks in compassion and empathy.
The only one star that I have given is for Dr Ouda a credit to the place. Compassionate and caring. I wont be returning though, long wait times and rude reception staff make this place a very

Firstly i would like to say i am very happy with Dr Ouda who i generally see, my wife and daughter are very happy with Dr Tanya but i have to agree with the majority of reviews that there receptionist are miserable, unhelpful and lacking basic manners/people skills. one in particular but i won't name names publicly.
Secondly- and again agree with other comments that the appointment times can blow out by up to an hour even when there are no patients coming or going from exam rooms or in the waiting room.
