I am very fortunate to do what I do for a living, my career as a personal trainer has allowed me the opportunity to meet amazing and inspiring people. Every day I get the chance to help and inspire others make real changes in their life. Being born with a terminal illness I take my own fitness very seriously, I mean, my life depends on it!

But being fit to me is more than just for survival, it grounds me, Keeps me focused, it's my meditaon and my therapy. To take care of your body is also takes care of your mind. Our personalized training sessions also give you full access to our highly qualified trainer - Aaron Wood - to help fast track your results with plenty of motivation along the way.
Services
Unlike many other trainers my road to fitness came from necessity. Being born with an incurable terminal illness does not give much wriggle room. From necessity to passion my fitness took me to be a competitive athlete and later on lead me to my career. With the first chance I got at the young age of 18 I became qualified as a personal trainer and have never looked back since.
Our one-on-one personal training will take you that extra mile to getting your health life back on track as quickly and as effectively as possible. It is about building healthy habits that will stay with you for the long run, so you are set up for the future. It's a great way to fast track your results, with our PT Aaron offering his full support and motivation each step of the way.
Training with your partner or friend can be the best way to start your fitness journey. There's no better way to train than with someone who will keep you on track and motivated for every workout. Not to mention it's a great way to socialise and have fun. Every session is tailored to both your goals and has plenty of fun teamwork exercises.
Our group training is the best way to train with like-minded people and enjoy some outdoors time exercising together. Our sessions are focused on your needs as a group, saving you money in the process, while allowing you to push each other along. It's a great opportunity to bond with friends and/or family and meet new people along the way.
Just attended Aaron's 5.30 Ab Class and his Boxing class after at 6 and loved every minute. He's dedicated to seeing everyone push to their best potential while making it a fun environment. Had the best time and will definitely be back! Aaron Wood is a tremendous personal trainer. He trains anyone anytime, including both state and national level athletes.

Aaron is quite simply the best. Most importantly he is a great guy with real integrity.
If you are not willing to do the work he’s probably not your guy but if you are willing to do what it takes he will meet you each step of the way and you will get results!

I have been training with Aaron for a year and he really helped me prepare for my hike to Machu Picchu. His experience and patience lead to a fitness regime me that allowed me to better manage my asthma. I highly recommend Aaron as personal trainer.

A few months ago, I suffered a coccyx injury and found it difficult to stay fit. Aaron worked closely with me to develop a custom fitness program tailored to my injury and capabilities at the time.
